The Oudeis International Film Festival is an annual short film competition, which will be held at the Casa del Cinema, in the splendid setting of Villa Borghese, in the heart of Rome. From the first year it will become one of the most popular festivals among more than 10,000 film festivals. Therefore, with this Festival we hope to encourage authors and artists and give them the right showcase to emerge in the world of cinema.
